Moments Away from 2010, I Make an Android App.
Just moments away from 2010 and I made my first Android app. It’s not 100% complete yet. And I’m sure that it’s been done before. However the fact is that I am doing it now. That means that I get to mess with the yummy lines of code in Android. I’ve got a working database started for my movie collection. Basically it’s a hook in for the Droid barcode scanner that allows me to use the isbn label on pretty much anything I have to add it to my catalog and set it’s status. So if I lend out a movie to a friend I just scan it, write in their name and whamo; no more forgetting who has what game or movie. I have the info right in front of me. Which is good for me.
So in the next few days I will start to toss up the code and all for it. Should be useful for someone else I’m sure.
