Given trajectory being taken into account arrows could have pierced through glass in a direct shot where they couldn’t at an angular shot. Just saying. It’s the same effect of a rock bouncing off your windshield at one angle and cracking it at another. Also to point out is that the first time the arrows were shot at the glass it was a monster ship. Where as for the most part when the battle took place the arrows were going through the glass of the normal airships. Just tossing it out there.
So the monster ship cockpit is made out of diff material? why???? that makes absolutely no sense. Also they did shoot it at the smaller ships and they were bouncing off. And they’re still made to be BULLETPROOF. A knife going through one is such garbage. If you’re telling me all those hundreds of people couldn’t get the right trajectory then i call bullshit.

This may just be me, but I swear the arrows during the last battle were all much thicker/larger and more like spears whereas the first arrows were just from bows.
No one ever said they were bullet proof did they? Or am I missing something? Specially when shot from the ground many a distance away it was scratching the windows anyway. So shot from an angle, against gravity, at a greater distance the arrows were able to scratch the glass. Then from a closer distance (pretty much point blank when flying) strait on it could be foreseeable for the arrows to go through the glass. Plus they have carbon strengthen based structure which is why they are so hard to kill, thats gotta make them pretty strong as well.
Military aircrafts have bullet proof cockpits -____-
And yet they still get blown up and shot down.
